Most likely, you are considering deals where you either earn a flat rate for some type of social media post, or you earn an ongoing percentage of sales (affiliate fees), or perhaps you’re consulting on something and need an hourly rate (which would simply be an independent contractor hourly agreement). In this E-book, you will find a fantastic independent contractor agreement template you can edit however you need (which you can use to hire a contractor to help you manage social media posts, film/photograph you, or use it for yourself to propose an hourly rate to a company looking to hire you for social media work). Also include is an affiliate agreement you can use with companies to charge for making posts or collect a % of sales for providing affiliate services. There’s also an agreement that be used with an agency (when an influencer hires an agency to handle all their incoming messages and manage their engagements on their behalf).
